Chad Spencer is a dynamic professional with a rich background in finance, human resources, and executive recruitment. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Chad’s journey began in the competitive world of professional golf, where he traversed the country, participating in numerous mini tour events. Transitioning from sports, he ventured into the realm of human resources and finance, joining Insperity (NSP) as a Business Performance Advisor. In this role, Chad partnered with small and midsize businesses, providing them with comprehensive outsourced HR solutions tailored to their needs.

Eager for new challenges, Chad then took on a leadership role in a regional recruiting firm, where he spearheaded the Accounting Finance practice. It was during this tenure that he recognized the pivotal role of top-tier talent in organizational success.

In November 2015, Chad embarked on a new entrepreneurial endeavor, founding Hazeltine Executive Search with a vision of revolutionizing the recruiting landscape. Understanding the transformative impact of strategic hires, Chad made it his mission to source exceptional candidates for his clients.
